My version of Brazillian Cheese Puffs aka “Poofy Cheese Things” aka Pao de Queijo

Ingredients:
– oil
– egg (at room temp)
– shredded cheese
– tapioca flour (I get Bob’s)
– salt
– herbs (dill, cilantro, anything green you like)
– spices (bc who doesn’t want flavor?)

Equipment:
mini muffin tin
bowl
blender
spatula

Heat
Blend- not kidding
Grease
Cook
Cool
Put in ziplock (whaaaat?)
